We aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within 2 – 5 working days and we send by Royal Mail. Sometimes during holiday or busy periods this may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us. The cost for UK delivery is £3.99, if the goods purchased exceed £150 the postage is free.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery anywhere outside the UK. We use Airsure for international deliveries and the cost is £10.
Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
